Wash ,rinse and dry your hands before manipulating your contact lenses either for inserting or removing. Wear your contact lenses during the day. Do not sleep with them in.
Take the lens out of its case and put it on the palm of your hand. Pour 3 drops of multipurpose solution for contact lenses over the lens
Rub with your fingertip each face of the lens for ten seconds. The proteins will be removed this way.
Rinse the lens throroughly and insert it in the eye.
Keep your lenses totally submerged in multipurpose solution , be sure that the case is clean and in good condition.
Moisten your eyes during the day with lubricating drops while you wear your contact lenses.
Never use outdated solutions, tap water, homemade solutions or saliva. Change the case regularly. (New solutions bring a new case). Discard your contact lenses in the recommended time. If you experience Any disconfort ,tearing,fuzzy vision or light sensitivity:
Wash them with special hard contact lens multipurpose solution. Apply a drop of lubricating solution before inserting into the eyes. Remove every night and rub them with multipurpose solution on the palm of your hand. Keep your lenses in a clean case with a drop of multipurpose solution ( HARD contact lenses do not need much solution).
