La Antigua Guatemala
Since opening in a cramped office 10 years ago in La Antigua Guatemala, Centro Visual G&G has evolved into a thriving, high-tech ophthalmic practice that has treated 15,000 new patients and provided more than 50,000 consultations. Along the way, the husband-wife team of Dr. José Golcher and Dr. Dalia González de Golcher twice outgrew their space, having moved from their original 200-square-foot office to a clinic twice as large and in October 2012 to a 3,300-square-foot location in the east end of Antigua.
The Centro Visual G&G transforms the eye-care experience with the latest equipment, new services, and a soothing bedside manner. Walking into the new offices of Centro Visual G&G is like walking into a relaxing spa where you would go to be pampered, not to have your eye-care needs met. The distinctive eye-care facility was in the final stages of construction as of late September, but the building blocks, such as colonial architecture and rich, sunset orange walls, already exude calm and tranquility.
